Perfect stillness. No motion, no time. When we meditate, it perhaps not that time stops. It could be that time ceases to exist. We are jarred back into the world when the first, the slightest movement. This is a gem, Terry.

yes the serenity of calm peace appeals more than chaos panic, it is like the stillness of night before dawn chorus bird song, rather than the rush crash of something priceless broken.
