Her - Poem by Maggie Lin
There are so many thoughts I wanted her to know,
There are so many feelings I wanted her to feel.
But she left - too fast, too soon.
I loved her so much, so deep.
But agony and pain struck me, leaving me in dread.
Now I am reciting my own sorrow,
There is nothing to lose, nothing to gain.
I didn't want to cry - no matter how sad, how unforgettable.
But I cried - Cried every emotion out.
I don't blame myself for being weak,
I am just me.
