Her Eyes Had Assured Me
Her eyes had assured me
Of a love unwavering
My heart experienced ecstasy
Of winning her heart
But when returned I
After a prolonged period
Her eyes gave signs of betrayal
Me, a very emotional person
Full of love and compassion
Could no longer bear the betrayal
I couldn't stand on my feet
I tumbled down on the floor
I couldn't get up for a long time
I had lost my precious life
