A little poem just for you
Something to help you through.
We haven't known each other all that long
But the connection between us is really strong.

You are going through a troubled time
But you are not one to sit and whine.
Always putting others before yourself
But now it's time to look after you and your health.

I hate to think of you in so much pain
How it's slowly causing you to feel insane.
I want you to know that I'm always there
If you have a problem I hope you can feel comfortable to share.

You remind me so much of me
But together we can get through this and break free.
Always remember that you did nothing wrong
You have been so brave and strong.

Your Little Angel will also make it through
Cause she has a wonderful Mum and that's down to you.
Support and love is all she needs
You mark my words, you will both succeed.

When you're upset it makes me sad
That I can't be there in person, it drives me mad.
I hold out my hand for you to take
I care so much, these feelings aren't fake.

There is one thing for me I ask you to do
And that's to read this when you're feeling blue.
I'm always here, so you can depend
I will keep you safe my special friend.
