he wants to go to the beach
and mingle
with the people
he want to go to the park
and mingle
with the people
He wants to go to church
and shake the preacher's hand
but he can't

because corona virus
won't let him
his house is stocked up
got plenty of food
and his favorite brand
of coffee
he got some brewing right now
he loves that fresh smell
it gives to the air
he has no wife
but he has a crazy cat
that keeps racing through the house
appearing to be trying to catch
a mouse
that does not exist
the man is trying to stay sane himself
but it is hard
because he is used to getting out
going places
but just like everybody else
he has to hibernate
until thecorona virus is gone
for good
he won't think
of emerging from his den!
