Holy Place Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Holy Place

The man committed the heinous crime,
But he was truly repentant for that,
He ran every corner to get secure shelter,
Nowhere he found it,
Everyone refused him.
Being extremely sad and gloomy,
The miserable man tried to commit suicide,
Just then he heard a great voice from the clean and azure sky,
"My son!
Go to the holy shrine,
There you will get safe and cosy shelter by the grace of God."
Soon the frustrated man ran to that sacred place
And there he found the truth of it,
He smiled with his heart's content.
