Ignorance to combat it,
Is the battle.
And nowhere does the threat of this,
Appears more prevalent...
As a defense against,
Truth to prevent more self inflictions.
More left believing,
Truth to accept welcomes defeat.

The benefits of ignorance,
Has kept delusions kept protected.
The benefits of ignorance,
Has kept mentalities...
From plunging into depths of despair.
Yet on a daily basis,
An effective weapon is sought to produce.
That will eliminate truth.

But no one can remain,
Forever feeling threatened.
By what they have been told,
Is horrifying to experience.
Without being curious enough to know...
Just how shocked and horrified,
This truth to experience...
Will leave them terrified.
Running for their lives.

"I can't believe,
I was made convinced to stay away from this."

-You?
I sold everything I had.
And at my experience,
Awaiting to be scared to death.-

"Me too.
Then when truth finally appeared,
I felt stupid begging to be threatened by it.
It reminded me of a baby,
Being pushed around in a stroller.
That's when I started to cry.
Disbelieving my eyes."

-But you must admit,
The selling of it as a threat...
Kept security systems and weapon suppliers,
Booming to become useless industries.-

"For us? This is true!
But those who invested in threats,
Are not walking around with empty pockets."

-We've been had! -

"Of course.
Someone loses whenever there is a divorce.
And we have been divorced from reality,
For how long? "

-Don't remind me.
I'm still disbelieving I asked for it.-
