How You Look At It

How you look at it

A place of despair A place of hope
A world so unfair I've learned to cope
It's set in the stars There is always a chance
A prisoner behind bars I've learned to dance
In tortuous pain I've learned how to sing
Diluvial rain Needed water does bring
Hatred so dark Love so bright
Extinguished the last spark From the ashes reignite
Dark as the night Another sunrise
The end out of sight The limit is the skies
I know I am screwed Firm and secure
By hurricanes pursued I will endure
A broken heart Stronger when mended
To late to start It's not over til it's ended
