Hugs Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Hugs

Rating: 4.5

When you give a big hug.
You get one back in return
The more you give,
The more you earn…

Hugs can remove the years of time…
Bringing the elderly back to their youth.
A gift of caring shared between two…
Lovingly given, and that’s the truth.

Love can be felt after a hugger is gone…
A blanket that comforts, as you are warmed.
Recalling with a smile that rewarding squeeze.
Because of a hug, two lives were transformed.

Couldn't agree with you more Theresa. Your poem is a hug in itself, warm and wonderful.
