Humanity Is Honey Poem by Akhtar Jawad

Humanity Is Honey

Turn after turn and fork after fork
Many u turns exerting the clock,
The fairy of time had to lift her frock,

To wipe the hot salty tears,
Her arms were paralyzed by changing gears,
She lost centuries not a few years,

The way was long and lonely,
Partly if not wholly,
But her journey was holy,

With injuries of thrown stones,
With bleeding flesh and broken bones,
But louder slogans in the same old tones,

Deserts and forests, rivers and oceans,
Determination and firmness courage and emotions,
The song of humanity and its sweet notions,

Reached to the white, reached to the black,
Nobody could resist and nobody could hack,
Universal demand, the same tasty snack,

Served on the same table to a black and a white,
To a common man and to a distinguished elite,
Sitting on the same table a heart catching site,

Humans are humans, neither a master nor a slave,
End of journey for the both is a grave,
Humanity traveled to the peak from the cave.

Welcome sweetheart! This is the source of fountain,
Here love is the law and life is the gain,
Raise the skirt and wipe your tears once again.

Even if humans are no more humanity will survive,
Humanity is the honey of nature's beehive,
I am alive, you are alive, we all are alive!

'With bleeding flush and broken bones, '..? Ha! My friend, I THINK you meant 'flesh'. bri ;) And lifting frocks! ? WHERE do I find such 'fairies'? You know 'fairy' was/is? a slang term for homosexual? ?
