Hunger-The menace

Hunger was not discovered for the first time
it existed in ancient times too
it was wide spread
and resulted into millions dead

hunger was within reach
and was countered by the rich nations
billions worth food grain is distributed
and impact of hunger is diluted

Corona is an immediate threat
it has to be greeted with vigorous drive
if we want to to survive
so many old methods too to be revived

hunger, no doubt, is biggest curse
but its source is only human being
the corrupt people keep poor at bay
and kill them to have sway

this menace is everywhere
it is deadly feared
Corona can still be cured
but hunger can't be endured
