Hungry For Love Poem by Amy Louise Kerswell

Hungry For Love

I wanted you to love me.
I thought you were my friend.
I thought you were there to protect me.
With you being the older one.
But instead you looked on.
A while down the line you did the same.
Each time it was a different person.
My lack of trusting crap.

I was looking for a friend.
But instead I found you.
All of you who would abuse me.
You all thought it was fun.

But to you, you know who you are.
Why did you do that just why?
