Chin Cee

I Am - Poem by Chin Cee

I am a single eye
on the mountain range
– the glazing eye of the sun.

And butting below
mangled in mind traps
is only the human herd.

I fly above hysteria
to rise beyond the fortress
of the ranting genius

For I refused the game
–refused to join
their ritual of High Mass.

All alone passes my depth
through the emptiness of many generations...
For a dark cloud dangles
over the minds of mortal men.
