I’d Give All My Tomorrows Poem by David Harris

I’d Give All My Tomorrows

Rating: 5.0

I’d give all my tomorrows
for just one yesterday.
A day when I was young
before the world took it away.
When there were no cares
on my shoulders
and no worries
inside my head.
A day when life was free
and easy to live.
So, if I could give all my tomorrows
for just one yesterday
before my memories fade
and they are taken away.

Life was so much easier then...or maybe it wasn't... and our little minds just couldn't see it....now we live our lives 'As The World Turns' soap opera style...although it is never a dull moment...many things can become too stressful in life and that is when we long to go back to those peaceful carefree days of youth Brillant write David....summed it up short and sweet...: O)
