I Dreamt
Once, I dreamt of a world
Where love and peace were supreme
Grief, pain and despair banished
Joys of love embraced by all
No one cursed for race or creed
Citizens happy and smiling.
Once, I dreamt of a world
Where strong protects the weak
Wildlife safe from extinction
Brotherhood of man united
Managing the planet to flourish
Giving a future bright with promise.
