I have not forgotten you my darling.
How can the sun forget the moon.
How can rainy days in March,
Forget sunny ones in June.

I feel your pain, I feel your sadness.
Our hearts are one in all this madness.
But I must go on, even though my days are long.
Hope springs eternal, when I hear your song.

So sing like you used to, like the Blackbird in the tree.
And when he comes to visit me,
I know he was sent from thee ❤
