I have not watched
And enjoyed the peacocks
Dancing and sparrows prancing
In so large a number,
In the deserted streets of
My locality with green leaves
In the cool and pure morning
Breeze gently flutter,
I have not enjoyed
Since my childhood such deep
Silence as now when waking up
In the morn and take a stroll
In the garden, field and park,
The world has changed a lot
Free of dins and bustles
Of devastation and loot
Of killings and wailing in pains
As if we live in an age cruel and dark
dancing prancing the nature in the heart of love..... lovely poem.....enjoyable...10+
Your stroll and enjoyment of Nature is well executed. The devastation of Nature is so touchingly inscribed in concluding stanza. Beautiful poem. Thanks you dear Panda babu for sharing this gem with us.10
