I Knew The Great Man Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

I Knew The Great Man

I knew the great man,
He was deceived by someone,
Being angry and frustrated,
He murmured,
"I must do the worst for him, "
Soon his conscience advised him,
"You are a great man,
You should not think in that way,
It is your sacred duty
To do the best
And to think the best for everyone; "
Then the great soul became calm
And he understood the truth in it.
