'' I'm Distraught '' Poem by Bri Mar

'' I'm Distraught ''

Rating: 5.0

All that I know,
Is beginning to go,
Why? I don't know,
I've forgot.

Though I'm still here,
Thoughts disappear,
I've a sense of fear,
Feeling taut.

Do use some tact,
This is not an act,
Sadly, it's fact,
Can't be fought.

Family and friends,
It really depends,
Some days it mends,
Others not.

Watching what I say,
I'm feeling dismay,
It may cause affray,
Give it thought.

Memories all gone,
I feel put upon,
My brains overdrawn,
Talking rot.

All that I see,
Now confuses me,
I refuse to agree,
Feeling fraught.

This is a life changer,
To myself I'm a danger,
The world is a stranger,

‘' I'm Distraught ‘'
