I Need You Home Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

I Need You Home

Rating: 5.0

I'm holding onto hope and faith,
but fear and dread i can't escape.
The worry swirls inside my head,
I long to smile to laugh instead.

There lies an aching in my heart,
that hopeless fear that we should part.
You must stay strong and fight each day,
Take all our worries far away.

Please don't give up,
I need you here.
I want you back to ease this fear.
So get well soon I need you home,
I feel so lost and so alone.
