I never thought it would be possible
For me to ever fall in love
But then you entered into my life
We fit like a perfect glove.

I never dreamt you would want me
Thought I woudl always be alone
But then along came you
And I realise I no longer want to be on my own.

I never imagined anyone treating me so kindly
You are certainly a true gent
At first I thought you were joking with me
But now I know every word you say is meant.

I never dared think of a happy future
Always thought it was never meant to be
Destined to go through life on my own
I still find it hard to believe you want me.

I never thought I would be able to make love again
Frightened it would cause misery and pain
There was never any pressure from you
You have been fantastic yet again.

I never wanted to fall in love
Thought it was far too difficult to be able to trust
You hug me so tight against your body
Don't want this realtionship to go bust.

I never want you to be unhappy
I really want to thank you
You're now someone very specail to me
I love everything you say and do.
