I Take The Mountain Road Poem by nimal dunuhinga

I Take The Mountain Road

It's so risky and hard
As you said,
That I knew my friend!
But I cannot postpone the matter
For the next year,
Probably they select my name
To the Graveyard list
As a new comer!
Yes, I tell them it should be your bithplace
Amherst!
A quiet village in the Connecticut valley of Massachusetts!

*'I was intoxicated by your poems & letters.
For Emily Dickinson in gratitude!
