I tell myself, it doesn't hurt,
when you choose not to see.
It makes me feel like dirt,
when you say 'Leave Me Be'!

I tell myself, I don't care,
When you completely ignore me.
It's your choice not to share
Any of your life with me!

I tell myself, I don't need you,
To make my life complete.
I know now that I do need you
Way more than you'll ever need me!

I tell myself these lies
& I'll try to move on,
The truth is, It's your love I will seek,
Till the day I am gone!
