I think I know thee in an immaculate way,
You are unknown to me though,
It seems strange,
But it is absolutely true,
You have veiled yourself throughout
With a black cloth,
So what?
I think I know thee in the profound sense,
That's extremely significant,
The torn page of history reveals
The ultimate truth of the civilization,
No one can deny it,
But in reality the torn page of history is
The neglected part of it,
Shame! Shame! Shame!
An interesting and thought provoking poem to ponder about. Brilliantly presented.
For shame are the truest parts of history 'torn out'! Well conveyed message! Thank you for sharing!
