I Thought Of You. Poem by Dislocated Heart

I gave in..
For months she waited..
for days.. she sobbed..
I couldnt stand the tear,
and the asking of Why not.

I finally opened up my arms..
She finally smiled with my warm embrace.
she knew Its A Day Of Change.

She knew my Guard was down.
I'm no longer fighting.

I held her, but I thought of you.
Fk.
I couldnt bare to look at her..
cuz I'm wishing it was you.

She listened to my heart beat..
calm and slow..
she slept for a bit..
woke up, then kissed me on my nose.

she thought I was sleeping..
she left me a note.
it says-
'Its late, I gotta go, I'll talk to you tomorrow. ILY'
