I Would Dare Poem by Romeo Della Valle

I Would Dare

For you my love,
I would dare
to do anything:
to climb the highest stairs
until I reach the sky
and steal the stars
to bring them
down to Earth
as a solid proof
of how much
I truly love you!

if that it is not enough,
I would go back up there
and also steal
the moon and the sun
to please you
when you must
understand that love
has only one view!

What else I would do
just to proof
how much I love you?
I would also dare
to cut all the flowers
of my colorful garden
to give them to you
and even collect
the morning's dew
to calm the thirst
of your burning lips,
all of that I would do
just for you! Please,
let it be and tell me
that I am the one
just for you!
