If Poem by Neela Nath Das

The guns turn into bouquet of
Flowers;
The tanks-
Cream-rolls;
The mortars, shells-
Chocolates,
The bayonets-
Ice-creams
Battlefield-
Cake;
Politicians' hearts-
Roses...
Country-
Only one.
War?
Never!
The poet dreams..........
And will be dreaming
Ever!

People may enjoy the food, put on weight and have good time as the Europeans are doing at the moment.

Warm wishes..could be we have to keep dream this as it will forever out of reach or should we stop this... I love the equations before and after, but the after transformation is really we need no war just peace for all to enjoy everyday beautiful life.Nice poem _Unwritten Soul

if wishes were horses...u would be way ahead.... i have a strong exception......politicians hearts.....wow... that's going a bit too far yes won't the world be so much better, if the warmongers would pay heed. though what ever we poets churn out.... that is unlikely to happen ever nice cheers
