If Humanity Attains Enlightenment Poem by Terence George Craddock

If Humanity Attains Enlightenment

Rating: 5.0

if humanity rises in love attains enlightenment
the right to chose peace will be a recognized human right;
however compulsory military service and a state

imposed draft in times of war are the reality in several countries
a love of peace and living in peace is a right denied for citizens;
caught in waged war web in curse invaded war conflict countries

The fundamental law of any country emphasizes the importance of peace for the protection and promotion of all human rights. Yet, engaging in war both in the aggressive and defensive impairs this basic right.

So true. In a war ravaged world, love of peace and living in peace are denied. People are forced to defend their country and their right to life through engaging in war.
