You were
So today
Like ocean
I have tide
In my drowsy mind
And dry heart
and sing a song
In broken tune
of beauty and love
you were there
So today
I paint
laugh and wonder
and a captain
i become of a ship capsized
as there was dream
if there was no promise
then, today,
how could I twitch
an ear in hope
to listen that again
if there was no’ you ‘
where could I get
a portrait to hang upon
to see twice
before I go to sleep?
that's the art when what in silent lines really talk / great piece from great heart well done
Beautiful composition. Of late you have adopted a style totally different from your earlier poem. It is nice. I am enjoying it.
