there are some lecturer in society of Alims
to jeer at this jikir
but who the introducer, do they know it?
do they know the real significance?
they don't know the SHAAN I NUJUL but creticise!

it is a jikir of the kwalb
its called isbaati mujaraad
it is a joli jikir of chistia tariqa
it's importance is just after the nofi isbaat
(only salam abad silsila arranes this lesson
of jikir yearly as far as i know!
and the joker cannot realize the essence
sugar is white as the salt too
this jikir disobeys all things from the arsh i ajim to the lowest part of the earth and declare only you i obey(illallah))
so il lal lah is uttered once again at least 8 times on the kwalb

first the niyah:
i am attentive to my kwalb
with the via of my morshed's kwalb it tagets Allah's Arsh i AJIM
let the fayij of isbaati mujarrad enter in my kwalb yaa allah

second:
the following jikir should be read in one breath
"alahmma yaa hannaanu yaa mannanu ya zal zalali wal ikrami ashhadu anna qulla ma'abudin minduni arshika ila muntaha kraril ardina baatil"

Third:
Tiking new breath il lal lah should be utter in the kwalb/heart as many as you can 8 times in one breath!
It will create such a condition in the heart that all gairullah(anything except Allah) has been removed!

It is a matter of exercise talking are useless here!

There are many ALIM I JAHIR(has no hidden thought and dislike turuk/sufism)) blame this jikir as the only sayer except Allah except Allah etc! !

They talk without knowing such is as present would be in future too! 1
And those who don't like to touch the hidden wisdom it is difficult for them to realize Faana Baaka khofi joli etc!

And they are ALIM i JAHIR means they have 1 wing that naturally needed 2 wings!

A real Alim is the bird of two wings.. JAHIR and Baatin/hidden!
