Immutable Desire - Poem by Eila Mahima Jaipaul

lying beneath
feeling your dust of skin
there's presented
in cobalt reflection
a sense of time
and its seamless texture.
rampant loss in it echoes
as all becomes silenced
by heartbeats

Eila...HAVEN'T SEEN YOU ON LINE LATELY...HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU
THIS IS A GORGEOUS PIECE OF SUCCINCT MASTERY...THE IMAGERY TELLS ALL & YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED A MOST MERITWORTHY SLICE OF VERSE HERE....''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''FJR
