In Heaven

There`s a madness in me
Driven to forbidden heights
Where all I can breathe and see
Are these intoxicating delights
I can only imagine the fire in you
Lighting me up to combust
With every single thing you do
I`m filled to the brim with lust
Sweat pours and skin provokes
As a rhythm ignites inside
We lay trembling drenched, soaked
In heaven, I think I`ve died.

Brandi you have a natural talent for this type of poem, you can put in passion, pull in the love and sprinkle it with some lust and yet it is neither smutty nor sycophantic. You sound so sincere and full of love that you can embrace heaven itself, right here on the page. Powerful descriptions laced with fervour make this a delight to read and you can soak up the smell of sweat and breathe in the ardour and drift on up to celestial heights. Superb Brandi!
