In Peace - Poem by Isak Boyd
When will you let me dream again?
I ran from you
but you never left my side
Still haunting my thoughts
of what is and should have been.
in every airport and train station
and point of departure
I see your face scowling at me.
I'm sorry, I say
Please let me go, I say
Please let me live in my own regret
