In Tantrum Poem by Amitava Sur

In Tantrum

Rating: 4.8

I cannot be without you
My love and affection inside will die.
My dreams evaporate
If you don't remain in my sky.

Love you so endearingly
Because I can shout and hate you so freely.
I can bow down to you only with no shame but respect
For your sweet nature and adoptability.

My senses get dumb stuck
My body is stalled and numb.
Without you my dear, oh' my love
I am in a total tantrum.

A poem that poignantly recalls the pain of losing the beloved- someone without whom the poet is 'in a total tantrum'.

Amitava, a very poignant and intense poem, your love is easily seen in your words, the anger of losing your wife has had a lasting effect on your innocent heart. This poem is so endearing yet sad with the silence of her death. 100 - 10's I'd give this poem, if possible. Thank you for sharing!
