In The Name Of Love Poem by Romeo Della Valle

In The Name Of Love

Rating: 5.0

A river of ice is melting
Deep down- I stir again
I am moved as a stone removed
From a frozen winter bed....

I have seen the light returning
Sparkles from the other side
Make a pavement out of crystal
Drops- to walk across-I would try...

Taking a step-precarious
My feet feel not the way
Yet-I think-If I were worthy...
I could become-as light- a ray...
And blur improbability
Calumny-all the rest
Would sink-except
Faith and our love
Believing-
Miracles possessed...
