In pure consciousness
All time dissolves except
Time as a manifestation
Of the all powerful present.
To be alive is to experience
The electric incandescence
Of the ubiquitous ‘now’
Burning like an un-flickering flame
Of a candle which dispels
Darkness in its immediate surrounds.
In that globule of light
The essence of life is held
Firmly encompassed -
Transcending materiality
In a glow of joyful
Emancipation
What is time when the Now is infinite? Stimulating poem, Leonard. F
This poem reminds me of the Buddhist teachings about being 'mindful of the present moment' Great message, wonderful poem Leonard. Cheers Anita

You express, in this gracious poem, the essence of all that is - when the 'noise' of mind is let go of and the reality of single pointedness is experienced. Some call it 'transformation'. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
