Indelible Poem by Kingsley Egbukole

Indelible

Rating: 5.0

The scar on the palm
Is an indelible landmark
A constant stark reminder
Of the injury that left it there
A memory of the dare activity
Responsible for the injury

All around me are imprints
Indelible efforts of my beloved mother
A beautiful and blessed soul
Who sacrificed all for my sake
Her physical presence is no more
But her beautiful memories will ever be
With me now and forever.
