I wonder,
If Poetry brings peace,
Or further tribulation,
To an already bad situation.
I wonder,
About so many things,
And get no answers,
Just Mental Stings.
Sometimes I hear strange, rapid rings,
And see visions of even stranger things,
Like the 'Winged Victory of Samothrace'
A favorite vision, of the Greece that was Great,
No, no, I'm not insane
Just a bit lost, in this Mundane Rain.

I wonder, About so many things, And get no answers, Just Mental Stings. Life is a mystery and all that we see ends up in mystery when we try to philosophize. thank you dear poetess for this poem. tony
