Magnificent verse, Sandra. I hope that as things get worse the better things in the world stand out and become easier to to see, to find.

Remarkably direct and sharp lines condemning vicious acts of men. Neverending and yet we still hold on to a single thread of hope that we could end this chaos and become better humanity. A powerful poem as always.

Maybe I'm just an eternal optimist, but I sincerely believe that most people are humane. Tragically, with the state of the world today, it feels like the opposite. Your poem(s) are a wake-up call to us reminding us of our humaneness. Sincere THX, Poetess Friend!
