Inner Rebellion Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Inner Rebellion

Raising cain, wanting to act out an inner rebellion
tonight, musical rhythms helping out, wanting to
banish boundaries and limitations put on by others.

Just doing what is being felt throughout the night,
keeping the windows and doors wide open, caturing
sounds and tempraments of rhythms being played.

Pulling adrenaline into the darkness, unafraid of
what may be found out, not really caring at all,
just enjoying the selfless beats as they pass into
every single side of imagination tonight.
