Insinuating With A Degradation Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Insinuating With A Degradation

To compensate for one's sense of failure,
By insinuating with a degradation...
Of a lifestyle accepted by another,
Only undermines one's own ability to prove...
They have a life that is lived happily.

People like this will eventually destroy,
Whatever it is they emotionally miss.
Along with an attention they believe to them,
Should be given although not deserved.

There is a lack of discipline missing within.
And a feeling of insecurity in their minds,
They can not end.

And the use of reverse psychology,
Does not work!
