Insinuations Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Insinuations

Insinuations to make.
And deceiving false statements,
Made by those...
Who fake faith,
In the face of truth.
With attempts to undo it.
Do not have to prove,
They are on the side of evil to produce.

That evidence has long been introduced.

Revealed to see it for what it is.

Before they appear to lie.
With their mouths opened wide.
Portraying innocence.
Dressed to impress,
In a thin layer of snake skin.
To perceive others can not see,
The truth of who they are believed hidden.
Never is a scent like that missed.
