Intercepting Rhythms When Writing Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Intercepting Rhythms When Writing

Rhythms beating against this poet's brain,
touching feelings and emotions of a life-
time.

Taking time to intercept them when writing,
in order to sidetrack feelings and emotions
into poetry.

Expressing them in an extraordinary rhythm
and coding them in rare codes that this poet
created when just eleven years old.

No one has yet to figure out this code and
without this poet telling of it, no one
ever will know how it's been done.
