Irony Of Dreams
It doesn't come here in the Springtime,
'nor does it come here in the Fall,
love usually shows up,
when you expect it least of all.
I didn't say that it makes sense,
I'm just reporting what I've seen,
the more you chase, the less you catch,
that is the irony of dreams.
Irony... yes... but with age comes the part where we just wait for it to arrive. Chasing can be frutual. Well thought Barry!
