Is It Real Or Just In My Mind?
The pain builds up so much inside
While from othersmy grief I have to hide
To show the world would be weak
If a single word of this I speak
A pity party others say if I talk they believe
When a friendly word would simply this relieve
So I run away cant admit or say anything
Hide here fighting alone this miserable thing
