We fell to pieces, so
I tried to take the blame.
I couldn't bear the pain,
but still I gave you a second chance.
I gave you a second chance
in the name of all we were -
for the sake of friends
sworn to be the best.
Sworn to be forever.
I never asked anything more
than for you to try.

You knew my limits.
I had asked you
time and again
not to push me so far.
I was too fragile.
You knew I would fall,
and still,
you pushed.

This is the end of our forever.
Your choices are made,
and my mind is made up.
Your destiny and mine
are no longer intertwined.
