It Takes Time
Some days I feel so calm, surreal,
As if your sitting next to me,
Then some days i feel so much pain,
Knowing I'll never see you again.
Grief confuses the very mind,
It creeps up and grabs you,
It's so unkind,
It lifts you up with memories,
Then knocks you down with floods of tears.
Grief is one of life's emotions,
Time, is for sure,
The only solution.
