Praises in the truth,
The glory of righteous laws;
Rights of the People!
Servitude and attitude along the line,
Wisdom is the Key;
To delight yourself always in the works of the truth.

Well said, all these factors are behind a good judgment. If promptness is added to the justice rendered, it would be like adding fragrance to gold.
