Rating: 5.0

Can't pay the goddamn bill…
Life's thrown me the three strikes…
Home runs lost in my life

Fabtastic verse, Richard! And yet when I look at Kerouac's record and legacy, I can't help but be impressed by the RBIs.

2) In focusing on his strike-outs, I'm trying to show his great remorse and subsequent redemption. Those poems really drain me. And then...I'm reenergized!

Kerouac would truly love your response. And I'm in total agreement with you, M.J. I think that I'm trying to strike a balance with his RBIs and strike-outs.
