Kerouac Lives - 30 Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Kerouac Lives - 30

Rating: 5.0

So goddamn alone…
Even with people
Talking and drinking
Celebrating now
I'm rejoicing then…
When I was happy
Time of innocence
When life so mattered...
Death wasn't the scorn

The verses in this series are really amounting to a great biography of Kerouac Indeed, there was almost no rejoicing, ever, as he attempted to live in the present moment. Brilliant, Richard.

With that kind of validation, how can I not continue being inspired to write my very best in his memory? ! A world of Thanks to you, my friend!
